365 Day Return Policy

Peekahboo hopes you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee.

Unwanted Goods

Peekahboo will offer a full refund or exchange within 365 days – no questions asked.

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing, opened or broken.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Peekahboo offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to us. Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.

Exclusions

Due to the intimate nature of some products and for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been used or worn: Lingerie, lubricants, bondage items or gifts and games.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Hiseros.co.uk work on a same day despatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.

Refunds

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At Peekahboo we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until Peekahboo receives the goods in question.

Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return) Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at the Post Office.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
